Description: The round shield is divided: on the left two crossed swords with a crowned arrow above them (Hupkens); on the right a castle (van de Burg).

The stone was found in 1925 during the demolition of the houses nos. 13 - 17 in this street. It was placed in the newly built house, which have meanwhile been replaced by other, new buildings.
Also in the nearby St. Pieterstraat notary Hupkens owned several houses.
