It is not known what this stone is in fact: a gable stone or possibly an image from a Stations of the Cross. The stone is referred to in literature as Christ before Herod, Christ before Pilate and even the murder of Lambert. The absence of such a house name in the gichten (=register of purchases and sales) does not give certainty either.
